The Housing Bureau(GTN Co., Ltd) offers various kinds of efficient
and convenient hotel reservation service for the FAVA 2024 in
Daejeon, Korea.
This recommendation on hotels as below were made after careful
consideration of several factors, in particular security, moderate
price, traffic situation.
For obtaining the special rates, please make your hotel reservation
with the Housing Bureau and do not contact the hotel directly.
To make hotel reservation, please download the reservation form and
send it to the housing bureau(fava2024_hb@gtn.or.kr) with all required information.
In order to prevent any disadvantage in the process of making
cancellations, all participants are advised to be well acquainted with
the hotel policies shown below.
General Announcement
- Reservation Deadline: By 24 Sep, 2024(Korea Standard Time), after the date shall not be guaranteed the availability.

A valid credit card information or remittance of one-night deposit
at least is required to be confirmed and secure your room
reservation.
Otherwise, hotel reservation cannot be confirmed according to policy. -
After one-night room rate deposit charged by your given credit card
(or received one-night deposit at least) by the Housing Bureau, GTN
Co., Ltd,
confirmation letter will be sent to you within a week. - Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Check-in Time: after 15:00 / Check-out Time: before 11:00 for most of hotel but couple of hotels are differ from it. Please refer to the time in the hotel information below. Early check-in and late check-out are depends on the hotel situation and extra charge will be incurred.
- The standard currency is the Korean Won (KRW). The exchange rate for reference only is approx. KRW 1,300 to USD as of Apr, 2024 and changeable.
- Group reservation(more than 1 room) should be requested to the Housing Bureau directly.
Payment Information
- The rates cover costs for rooms only. All other hotel service expenses such as breakfast, mini bar etc. can be paid to the hotel directly when you check-out.
- For the confirmation of your booking, one-night room rate will be debited from your given credit card by the Housing Bureau within a week after reservation made, remaining balance will be charged to the credit card around 24 Sep, 2024.
- If you want to make payment by bank transfer, please remit the amount of one-night room rate to the bank account below within one week and the balance should be remitted by 24 Sep, 2024.
- Receipt of room rates will be issued by GTN Co., Ltd upon your request.
Cancellation & Refund Policy For Individual Reservation
- Any cancellation & change requests must be made in writing via e-mail to the Housing bureau, NOT directly to the hotel.
- Refund will be processed according to the following policy and all processing fees such as bank charges and etc. will be deducted from the reimbursement.
- Since the room rates have charged in Korean Won, refunded amount may differ from the charged amount due to exchange rate.
- All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9hours).
